Well its November 1 and the #1stFChallenge is going on strong with a new month. Candy Cane already won October (and probably the whole deal if we’re being honest) but everybody starts out with a shot to win this month (except CC). Figured that I would come out the gate strong with a Q at the #Mothership on Day 1. Wasn’t quite sure how many PAX would show up after a late night of quietly “inspecting 2.0’s candy hauls” aka collecting their dad taxes in candy… but I put the tweet out there anyway. Rolling down Farrow Parkway I noticed a lone runner running down the trail at a good sub 9 min pace towards the AO… can always count on Manziel… #BEAST.

Yesterday’s Co-Q with Handy got me thinking back 4 years ago to when I started F3. The first time I posted to WH, Handy Manny had us to do some sprints/merkins on the field by the bridge. Yep.. that sucked… let’s do a version of that.
Handy Manny Sprints with a Burpee rest:
- 5 Burpees OYO
- 50% sprint
- 5 Burpees
- 75% sprint
- 5 Burpees
- 90% sprint
- 5 Burpees
- 95% sprint
- 1 Perfect Burpee
- 100% sprint
Mosey to the parking garage
Round 1
15 merkins on each landing – 60 merkins total
Sprint up the ramps (watch out for the speed bumps!)
Mosey down the stairs and plank on the 6.
Round 2 –
Starting at the bottom, do all of the exercise. Sprint up the ramp and drop the lowest numbered exercise at each landing
- 5 Burpees
- 10 HR Merkins
- 20 Flutterkicks
- 30 Boxcutters
- 40 LBCs
Mosey to the Bridge – Have to hit up the bridge one more time before we are done.
Lunge walk to the middle, 20 squats, Mosey to the flag
