The Thang:

Mood: Chatty

Weather: Variable

13 Pax including myself were present this unusually warm October morning for a little exercise. It rained a little during the first few minutes, but we stayed on course. It was great to have Launch Pad join us from Johnson City, Tennessee.

Intro: Welcome, Name, Disclaimer as per usual

COP: Warm up: Stretch, Side straddle hop, Through the tunnel, tempo squat, 22 Merkin salute, Arm Circles, Over head claps, Hill billy, etc

Thang: We moseyed a short way through a down poor to the bridge and bear crawled across. Next we met across the street at the reflection pool for a 4 corners work out. Corner 1 = squats, Corner 2 = merkins, Corner 3 = Lunges, Corner 4 = Big Boy Sit Ups. Pax began at 10 reps each corner with a short run in between. This circuit was repeated decreasing the reps by one each time all the way down to one rep per corner.

Everyone worked hard, Everyone finished.

COT: We joined at the end for the count, name o rama, announcements, and a prayer.
