COP: 20 SSH IC; 20 Mountain Climbers IC; 20 Imperial Walkers; 20 LBAC IC; 20 LBAC in Reverse IC
Asked the PAX if everyone was ready to run?
Off we went towards the beach which is approximately 1 mile away. Our pace was 9:22.
We circled up on the hard wet sand at the beach.
The THANG:
What’s Your Number
PAX #1 would call out and exercise for the other PAX to complete AMRAP as PAX ran across the dry sand to the dune walks, run up the steps then turn around and return to the circle. Once back in the circle each PAX would announce the total reps he completed. The PAX with the highest reps would become the next runner.
NOTE: All exercises called had to be off the sand.
Brown Bag – Jump Squats
Tiny Dancer – Iron Mikes

Castaway – Merkins
Texas Ranger – Squats
Bonus Round – 50 SSH IC while facing the ocean
Ran back toward The Village. At the last Stop Sign (approximately 2 blocks from the Village Gate) we circled up to a short recovery, then lined up shoulder to shoulder facing Bypass 17 in the far distance . . .
Sprint
3-2-1 . . . GO! – full Sprint as far as you can go! Goal is to make it back to the Village Gate at full throttle! Everyone gave a great effort and a strong push! Tiny Dancer finished 1st, followed by Castaway!
Took a Victory Lap around main parking lot of AO and stopped at the Coupon Pile.
PAX were asked if they would like to use the little Blocks or the BIG Blocks . . .Tiny Dancer stepped up and called, “Little Blocks”. Brown Bag preferred to call them ‘Pavers’ . . . either way
YHC led the PAX in a 6 count cadence of squat, stand, curl, overhead press, return to chest, stand. These do not have a name but we all did 20 IC.
Pavers were returned to the coupon pile.
