Start things off with a warmup mosey for 1 lap

SSH x 25 IC
Imperial Walkers x 15 IC
TTT x 10 IC
Windmills x 10 IC

Line up for an Indian Run around the track.  (YHC should’ve divided us into 2 lines.  The goal was 2 laps, but after about 1.5 we were spaced out enough that YHC called it and we regrouped at midfield)

YHC explained that there are 4 stations on the field.  For Round 1 those stations were at the 25 yard line approximately where the City of MB logos are.  PAX will run to the first station, perform exercise, return to midfield for 1 burpee, and move to the next station.  1 burpee at midfield after each station.

Round 1:
Station 1 – 5 Merkins
Station 2 – 5 Jump Squats
Station 3 – 5 Plank Jacks
Station 4 – 5 LBC
Repeat all stations with 10 reps, then 15 reps, then 20 reps
1 burpee everytime you return to midfield

10 second count as we walk to the bleachers

1 set up bleachers – up and down all 4 – return to midfield

Round 2: the same as Round 1, but the stations are further away at the goal line/pylons
Station 1 – 20 Diamond Merkins
Station 2 – 20 Squats
Station 3 – 20 Freddie Mercury
Station 4 – 20 BBSU
Rounds of 20 and 15 reps were completed before Time was called.
