The Thang:

Conditions– Low 80s and HUMID!!

I woke up earlier than normal and got down to the AO to prep and setup the beer kegs for the BEER BOMBS beat-down.

I gave the one minute warning and all 8 of us circled to start the COP.

F3 GS mission was stated and disclaimer was given.

We all moseyed over (via back of the church route) to the parking lot behind baseball field. I jammed the workout tunes and presented everyone with the overview of the Beer BOMBS routine, which was also taped to each of the beer kegs ready to go. We all partnered up, and I had the privilege of keeping up with One-Call (thank you for pushing me through). The time was 6:40am and I indicated that we would working hard to complete the following series of exercises with the kegs:

B= bi-cep curls w/ keg- 50 while other partner runs across parking lot

O= overhead press w/ keg- 100 while other partner runs across parking lot

M= merkins- 150 while other partner runs across parking lot with keg

B= big- boys- 200 while other partner runs across parking lot with leg

S= squats- 250 while other partner runs across parking lot with keg

At 6a.m,. I gave instructions for each PAX to make their way back to the COT area via mosey.

MARY was the next series of exercises:

20 Freddie IC

15 American Hammers IC- One Call led exercise

20 Freddie Mercurys IC

15 shoulder taps IC- Rousey led exercise

20- LBCs IC

12 alternating squats IC- Pikachu led exercise

Streching for 4 mins – advised PAX to strectch whatever body part needed attention OYO
