F3 Olympic Beatdown 2021 

We had a fantastic 72 degree morning for this Olympic inspired beatdown that started with the National Anthem (Just as everything should!)

Intro, disclaimer….blah, blah, blah…Let’s get this going already!

5 Principles were discussed.

We listened to Olympic Theme and misc. fanfare music and inspiring speeches during our COP and That Thang. Big thanks to those who wore their Red, White and Blue out! It’s good to be an American!!!

The Thang:

PAX Mossi around the whole campus to the coupon pile and meet in parking lot, partnered up for round 1:

Round 1: 100 curls for girls, 200 LBC’s, 100 Carolina Dry Docks, 200 Flutter kicks. Other partner mosied across and back the parking lot till each total was completed. For a nice little surprise, when the Olympic Anthem came on PAX hand to stop whatever and where ever they were and do Burpees for the duration of the song.

Round 2: PAX mosied over to football field and partnered up in teams of 2 again, with 1 team of 3 for a Relay race:

25 yards out and back – Bear Crawls – Partners were planking

50 yards out and back – High Knees – Partners were planking

75 yards out and back – Karaoke – Partners were planking

100 yards out – Backwards run and Jailbreak 100 yards back to finish while the National Anthem was finishing with perfect timing! – Partners were planking


We didn’t have time for MARY today but did some light stretching, announcements, Name-o-rama, and prayer circle!
