The Thang:

Conditions – a balmy 65 with a slight breeze

I knew that O’Douls and Rousey would be out of town but Pikachu and Kiwi gave a solid HC on Tuesday so I was expecting a solid 3 for a Thursday beatdown.  When I pulled in ot tparking lot Kiwi was already there and Pikchu pulled in soon after.  As we were talking we heard a loud rumble and as it got closer it slowed down and turned in the parking lot.  Penelope was riding in on his motorcycle.  Soon after Rubber pulled in unexpectedly and he had an FNG in tow.

I brought the 3 resistance bands and now we had 6 PAX so I had to adjust the #Winkie but it was a good problem to have.

Slow mosey to the back corner and head to the concession stand int eh following manner:

1st third – Toy Soldier

2nd third – Lunge Walk

Last third – Squat walk

Find a bench and 3 sets of Dips and Merkins (10 count each)

Head to parking lot for Lazy Dora

Partner up

1 PAX planks while 2nd PAX does 10 curls and 10 triceps extensions with resistance bands then switch

after 3 rounds add 10 squats with bands and add 10 merkins to your planking

Head to front of Church for a slow mosey back to the flag.  Rubber decided to Bear crawl the whole way.
