PAX:

Bling, Lombardi, Jeter, Tiny Dancer

The Thang:

Weather: 53 degree morning. Fog so thick we needed Rudolph’s red nose to guide us. We instead would have to settle for the stadium lights of Doug Shaw.

YHC gave out the obligatory page out and called for rucks and bags. Bling was nice enough to respond that he and Lombardi would be there but he would be starting a new tradition of #mondifymonday.

YHC had to grab some extra coupons for this mornings work out and wanted to get everything set up before the pax arrived. As YHC was getting set up Jeter arrived, followed by Bling and Lombardi. Tiny Dancer was the last to arrive.

The lights came on and it was time to get to work. YHC placed 4 sets of 2 45 pound weight plates across the goal line, and told the pax to place a sandbag at each pair. A disclaimer was give and we rucked a worm up lap. When we got back to the goal line YHC shared what was in store.

Pax would do sandbag clean and tosses from the goal line to the 25 yard line and back. Then they would ruck mosey 100 yards. Go to the far bleacher stairs and go up, across and down (2 sections of ups and 2 sections of downs). When they got back to the goal line they would do a farmers carry with the 2 45pound plates to the 50 yard line and back. Ruck mosey 100 yards and repeat the same bleacher routine. This constituted 1 set, the goal for this morning was 4. After the expiation of todays workout, YHC gave permission too Bling to mosey around the AO.

Tiny Dancer destroyed the workout setting a blazing pace. When he asked what to do after he finished, YHC replied do another round, he chose to run a mile instead.

Bling didn’t modify as much as I thought he would and he made sure to tell YHC that this was a stupid workout. In case you were wondering yes Bling was sweating.

Lombardi and Jeter never stopped moving and showed great determination and perseverance to complete the workout.

The pax completed the workout with 10 minutes to go. We did a recovery lap around the football filed sans ruck.

After the lap we circled up for COT.

COT:

If you have been attending any workouts over the past two weeks there has been a push to remember the importance of the COT. Please don’t view it as fluff time, or something that can be skipped. This is a vital part of the F3 and what separates us from the other cults…er workout groups out there.

YHC shared the following verse with the brothers this morning.

Romans 15:1-2

We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves. let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up.

We are all weak at times. Whether its during a workout, or a something happening in your personnel life. By holding a COT it is going to allow your brothers to admit that weakness and allow those who God has blessed with street to come along side them and build them up. By skipping the COT you are preventing that from taking place. Be bold to ask for help, be strong enough to admit your weakness, and brave enough to offer support.

I love you all. Look after one another and do Good.

Hoser out.
