The Thang:

A nice start to the week with 70 degree temp, but a bit muggy- but its not July, so it was great! One minute warning and disclaimer given and off we went.

COP- all accelerating work- 30 SSH IC- 2 burpees, 21 TTT IC – 2 burpees, 30 imperial walkers IC – 2 burpees, 21 windmills IC- 2 burpees, 30 forward/reverse little arm circles IC. Then a mosey to the boardwalk.

The main thang- we sat up under the bridge for 5 sets of 20 LBC,s 20 merkins, 20 squats, 20 skiers then a lap around the warehouses and boardwalk. We finished up and took a mosey to the water department. Grab some wall for 5 sets of 10 dips and 10 incline merkins. Mosey to Scarborough Alley find some low wall for 5 sets of 5 box jumps and 5 jump squats. Mosey back to the flag and done.
