I rolled in at 5:10 to find Chicken Little there.  Cubby soon to follow. We started with some stretching.  Through the tunnel 20 IC, Right foot over left stretch till you feel it then alternate.

20 IW’s IC, LBAC’s 10 forward, 10 backward, 10 seal claps.

Time to mosey.  I grabbed the Bluetooth speaker playing a classic rock playlist and off to the park.  We stopped at the fountain for the first dora.

Dora 1 – 50 Merkins, 100 big boys, 150 Squats.  We had an odd number so we alternated running to a designated bench while other pax did exercise.

Mosey to playground. (Yoga Mat)

Dora 2 – 50 CDD’s, 100 Flutter Kicks, 150 Prisoner Squats. Running pax would run to and around the public restroom.

Mosey to Ocn Blvd parking lot behind Buoy’s

Dora 3 – 50 4cnt alternating shoulder taps, 100 Heals to heaven, 150 side squats. running pax runs to end of lot and back.

Time to wrap it up and head back to AO.
