The Thang:

Saturday Weasel thought it would be fun for a change of pace to Q a Ultimate Football on the beach.  It was great!  Fun had by all. However, I  tried to relive my teenage years forgetting that I am 54 years old.  Hit the deck a few times diving for the catch as others did as well.  Sunday and Monday I gimped around feeling kind of rough.

I realized Monday evening that I had put myself on Q for Tuesday which meant it was going to have to be somewhat low impact.  So here we go.

30 SSH’s IC,  20 IW’s IC, 20 TTT IC,  LBAC’s (10 forward,10 backward,10 OHC’s, 10 Moroccan Night clubs.

Then a little stretch (Right foot over left reach down then left over right.)

22 Merkins OYO in honor of our VET’s

Mosey to Horshoe Ocean Blvd.

40 LBC’s IC then another lower back stretch.

Mosey to Ocean Bay parking deck.

Bear crawl up ramp to first level and do 1 Burpee

Continue repeating but adding burpee on each level until we reached top deck Level 6. 21 Burpees total.

While on top deck we did some Dora. 100 Merkins, 200 LBC’s, 300 FK’s

One pax executes exercise while other runs to designated point and back.

Off to to the beach.

Indian run down beach back to Horseshoe on Ocean Blvd .

7’s Dips and Incline Merkins. We use wall on either side of parking lot to complete.

Mosey back to AO. What? Old Glory hits the ground.  SOMEONE allowed flag to come apart so 10 penalty Burpees on the spot. We gotta tighten that baby up.

Pretzel Crunch 10 each leg IC,  20 Heals to heaven IC, 20 Monkey Humpers OYO, 20 BB Situps, 20 American Hammers IC.
