The Thang:
Conditions: It was a great day in South Carolina. Mid 70’s and humid.
One minute warning and disclaimer provided
Warm-up – SSH, burpees, through the tunnel, hillbillies, imperial walkers, and plank jacks
Mosey over to the fancy parking lot for Dora style bear fun!
1st round – First partner holds 6 inches while the other takes 20 bear crawl steps, 10 lunges, and burpees. The partner then hustles back and begins 6 inches while the other rotates through the same items (bc, lunges, and burpees). They continue to rotate counting down burpees 5-4-3-2-1.
Lap around the lake to cool down followed by 22 merkins in cadence.
2nd round – Similar to above, first partner does as many big boy sit-ups as possible while the other works through 20 bear crawls, 10 wide jumps, and burpees. Partners rotate counting down burpees 5-4-3-2-1.
Lap around the lake to cool down followed by 22 merkins in cadence.
Final round – First partner holds plank while the other does 10 lunges and burpees. The partners rotate through this decreasing burpees 3-2-1.
Mosey back to start for circle of trust.
