The Thang:

Conditions: Low 40’s with clear skies.

One minute warning and disclaimer provided

Warm up: SSH, through the tunnel, burpees, imperial walkers, burpees, little baby arm circles, reverse little baby arm circles, overhead claps, and cherry pickers.

Mosey to the parking deck

3 Rounds to the top of the parking deck:

1st round – Alternating 20 squats and 20 lunges at each end of the parking deck (total of 40 of each exercise) with 10 burpees at the top.

2nd round – Alternating 15 wide merkins and 15 regular merkins at each end of the parking deck (total of 30 of each exercise) with 10 burpees at the top.

3rd round – Alternating 20 flutter kicks and 20 American hammers at each end of the parking deck (total of 40 of each exercise) with 10 burpees at the top.

Mosey to the bridge. Bear crawl to the top of the bridge and crawl bear back to the bottom.

Circled up for another round through the exercises (20 tempo squats, 20 lunges, 15 merkins, 15 wide merkins, 20 flutter kicks, and 20 American hammers). We then held 1 minute of planks, low planks, and six inches.

Mosey back to starting point for 5 burpees and 25 big boy sit ups.
