COP: 25 SSH IC, 15 Through the tunnel IC, 15 Windmill IC, 15 Little baby arm circles forward and reverse.

Mosey to the track.

Objective: The Killer 1000

10 sets of 10 reps of the following exercises:

  1. Burpees
  2. Big Boy Sit-ups
  3. 4ct. Mountain Climbers
  4. 4ct. Flutter Kicks
  5. Merkins
  6. Squats
  7. Carolina Dry Docks
  8. R leg lunges
  9. L leg lunges
  10. Prisoner Squats

After each set the pax would run a lap around the track.

Time was called and the pax completed 6 laps.

Sharron- Battling some health issues, with the added stress that she might lose her job due to needing time off to heal and recover.
