The Thang:

When the temperatures start to drop and you have the Q on a Monday morning, with little to no chatter on Slack, you never know what you’re going to get. YHC was pleasantly surprised though to see Kiwi, Ringo, and Shoeless circled by the flag when I pulled in at 0510. We got the warmup started and Brandon joined us around 0518.

LBAC, Reverse, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps x 10 IC

Short mosey over to the block pile for a coupon and then back to the flag for 15s (same as 11s, just more)
At the flag start with 1 block curl and 1 merkin, mosey to the far end of the parking lot for 14 LBCs and 14 squats. Continue through for the full 15s.
Somewhere around the 8 curls/8 merkins point Shoeless looks at YHC and says “You’re on your own now”. We had been pacing beside each other to that point and I think he meant that he was done keeping up with me. Little did he know I was just trying to keep his pace!

Up next we took our blocks back towards the pile, but stopped short at the picnic tables for:
