Knowing I had an office day Monday, I was looking forward to posting and getting crushed by Hoser or Valvano – whoever had the Q as those 2 are always on there….but it was empty! So I volunteered to take it and wrote out a fun and challenging workout with a Christmas theme of 25….here is what we did…sandbags on goal line, rucks on back

1 minute warning to my only partner in crime at this point – Bling – in shorts and t-shirt channeling his inner Thor. Disclaimer sort of. We both know each other’s injuries, so just modify things as needed.

.25 mile ruck warmup – saw Soto coming down the backstretch apparently running a few minutes late and almost running over the poor ERD crew. Glad to have him join us of course. Later found out ERD crew very very mad!

Time; Grab all stuff; meet up with ERD crew who for some reason listened to Bling at the beginning who told them to be back at 0545!!! Ha! Nah..they cranked apparently 5+ miles and were back just a hair shy of 0600. Boxcar was MAD about not being included in the P200 and said since Tiny Dancer is only an 8% likelihood he, AS AOQ of ERD should be part of this epic time!!! Get more details in their BB I am sure!

Not many announcements – just sign up for the next Blood Drive so Soto doesn’t look terrible as an organizer; pay money for Jeter to get thrown off a ledge (the donation for a good cause); pay extra for some “used” ropes.

Prayer requests for all those PAX traveling; all those who have a tough time around this time of the year and to keep us all strong for our friends and families and let us be lights in all we do!

With school out decided to hit up DD for some coffee and had an impromptu #coffeeteria with Rousey and Quaker coming in from Bombsquad!
