(jump rope, big boys, ‘merkin hand-release, mountain climbers, lunges) x 3

(bicep curls, flutter kicks, man-makers, plank jacks, side straddle hop) x 3

(dips. overhead press, shoulder taps, crunches, jump rope) x 3
