The Thang:

Decently cold.  It dropped from 74 to 34 overnight.  But the windchill was nice.

So, in looking at the calendar, saw the day open, and saw it was gonna be cold, and with a little free time this week after a move and an injury and blah blah, I took the Q and came up with something I thought would be good for everyone, you versus you, however you wanted to train.

Gave a 1 minute warning and a disclaimer, that nobody heard [except Bling heard he could MODIFY] due to the incredible mumble chatter about Bubble’s being in shorts and a t-shirt, Karma shopping in Geno’s wardrobe, Headgear growing a weird and splotchy beard, Bling looking like Yukon Cornelius, Fergie making up stories about where he actually lives (we know it’s the farm), and all of this being talked over by Jingles and his claim to fame of a .003 mile pre-run.

So….let’s warm up.

IW x 20 IC
Windmills x 10 IC
TTT x 10 IC
Plank, stretch calves
Tempo Merkins x 10 IC
LBAC fwd x 10 IC; bkwd x 10 IC
Ruck up if you got em
To the track

35 minutes – AMRAP

10 reps of each of these 10 exercises = 100 reps

  1. SSH
  2. Merkins
  3. Squats
  4. Fluttters
  5. 2 count Mountain Climbers
  6. Diamond Merkins
  7. Lunges – count each leg
  8. BBSU’s
  9. Carolina Dry Docks
  10. Prisoner Squats

Then, Run or Ruck a lap
Rinse and repeat AMRAP
Push yourself; you versus you; use good form; you guys know the drill
