The Thang:

We started my first Q with SSH, LBAC, LBAC in reverse, Seal Claps, Cherry Pickers, and 22 Murkins OYO

We moseyed around the church, then to the block pile; little did they know, they were being led to their own deaths. We did 11’s (yes, with the block) Murkins on the first side and Squats on the other and Crawlies inbetween.

Once our quads were dead, we went to the big parking lot intending to do a four corner jacobs ladder; I didn’t have enough time to enjoy the pain in their eyes. So we started with 10 American Hammers, then 10 Sit-Up’s, then 10 Flutter Kicks. We MOseyed to the next corner; “The Corner Of Jacks” (It’s been coined and copy-writed, I am also planning my next form of torture based off of this workout) We did 10 SSH, 10 Plankjacks, 10 Squatjacks. We moseyed to the final corner we had enough time for, 10 Curls, 10 Overhead Press, and 10 Tricept Extensions. We went back to the flag to do some stretches led by Beefsteak.

We did circle of trust, anouncments, blah blah blah, then we prayed and headed out.
