YHC showed up a little early to the AO as usual to check out the surroundings and make sure nothing was out of the ordinary. Arrived to find a lone car in the parking with nobody around (pre-runner maybe?). Waited a few minutes and Buffett and Sade rolled up, followed by ERC (who is normally a +1 min #sidler) who was early.

We would do the exercise(s) at each corner, then head to the middle for a quick breather. But since today was only my second workout since the Mini Marathon, I decided that our “breather” would be a crowd pleaser… SPRINTS! Plus since I felt like I had to make up for the lost workouts, lets go ahead and add some Handy Manny specials and add some Burpees while we’re at it..
Corner 1:
10 – Merkins Alternating hands on the block
Everybody head to the middle and line up on the line. We’ll start out easy to warm up… 25% down, 5 burpees, 25% back
