The Thang:

Conditions– High 50s and foggy, but warm for February!

YHC rolled up the my Catapult AO to find Candy Cane, First Base and Jetah getting their pre-run in before the AOQ Handoff beatdown. There were a lot of emotions YHC was experiencing this morning as YHC has put my heart and soul into this AO over the past year having the privilege of being the AOQ. During my tenure, my goal was continue to grow the AO by adding #HIM to our group who could benefit from all that F3 has offered me over the past 4 years. EH has been my goal over the past year, and based on the recent and consistent numbers, YHC thinks we have all been pretty successful in achieving that objective. We really do have a great group of PAX who share the same commitment and personal goals as I do. #Catapult4Life

The one #HIM- First Base for sure shares those ideals, and I’m looking forward to his leadership over the next year to continue the momentum that we started building over the past year. Good luck brotha! I’m cheering for you!

One minute warning was announced, however, I guess with all of the emotions and excitement (and seeing the light at the end of the AOQ tunnel :)), I was remiss in communicating the mission and disclaimer. My bad! lol

The Thang

Mosey over to the big parking lot taking the route around the baseball field: 3 Catapult burpees, 3 Big Boys and 3 Squats (and yes there are a lot of lines). I believe I heard Hedgehog say “this is worse than the Oyster beatdown on Monday” 🙂

15 (not 10) count. Next, I officially handed over my position as AOQ over my man, First Base:

7 of diamond set of exercises. There was a lot of mumblechatter of the actual shape of the diamond-  7 Dry Docks, 14 Merkins, 21 Squats & 28 LBCs

Mosey back to COT

MARY – there was a rotating set of exercises amongst the PAX (that I do not recall- sorry) LBCs, Heels to Heaven, Crunchy Frogs, LBCs, Heel Touches, Box Cutters, etc.

FB announced the disclaimer and provided the missions quickly

YHC was presented with a parting gratitude gift- F3 paver stone & gift card. It was very thoughtful and I really appreciate each and everyone of my brothas!

Announcements- Continuing Shield Lock challenge, Freed to Bleed- April, upcoming 2nd F events, including bowling on Saturday night, and a few other random Ruck events on the docket.

First Base prayed us out- unspoken, Pikachu’s daughter getting her license, current situation Russia/Ukraine, Jessica Nichols family

It was an honor to lead over the past year!. Looking forward to First Base kicking butt moving forward!
