Boxcar hit me up yesterday afternoon and asked if I was up for a pre-run. I promptly responded with an “SC” as I hate pre-runs mainly because I have to get up an extra 15-20 min early to stretch ever since I tore my achilles. But after taking a minute to check what the weather was going to be like today and seeing rain in the forecast during the day, I knew that it was probably going to be my best bet to get a 5k in if I wanted some points for the #1stFChallenge, so I texted him back a few minutes later and said that I was in. He told me to put the word out to see if we could get a few more PAX to join us. Knowing the Catapult guys’ love of running, I figured it would be a long shot, but you never know. Didn’t get any takers on slack, but not everybody always comments.
Fast forward to 3:55am… alarm goes off and I immediately regret my HC. But I get up and do my stretches to loosen up the ankle and right as I finish up I get a text from Boxcar at about 4:15 saying “I’m out sorry”.

Well since I was already up and warmed up… might as well head to the AO and get a run in, you never know if somebody else will show up for the pre-run. They didn’t. But as it got closer to the start, First Base and Crabs joined me for the last couple of laps.

- Corner 2 – 10 x curls OMU, 20 x block swing OYO
- Rifle carry to next corner
- Corner 3 – 10 x curls OMU, 20 x block swing OYO, 30 Squats with or w/o block
- Rifle carry to next corner
- Corner 4 – 10 x curls OMU, 20 x block swing OYO, 30 Squats with or w/o block, 40 LBC
- Rifle carry to next corner, time to take the escalator down
- Corner 1 – lets mix it up a bit… 10 x Block Swings, 20 Curls OMU, 30 Squats with or w/o block, 40 LBC
- Rifle carry to next corner
- Corner 2 – 10 x Block Swings, 20 Curls OMU, 30 Squats with or w/o block
- Rifle carry to next corner

Mosey to the big lot
3 Man Weave – 3 man group with one block per group
- Partner 1 – AMRAP OH Press
- Partner 2 – Bear crawl across the lot (Approx. 60ft)
- Partner 3 – AMRAP SSH
Spread out, Partner 2 bear crawls to P3 and then switches places. P3 then bear crawls back to P1 and switches places. Go until every man has gone through the middle and back twice.
