AO: Catapult
Start Time: 5:15

So oddly enough, this was my Catapult VQ.  I have been to Catapult at least a couple of other times but with trying to be at BombSquad every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, and then doing the F3 (EMAW) bible study on Thursday morning’s and Salty Gears some Friday morning’s, I usually try to take Tuesday’s off to get some R&R.  This particular Tuesday followed the beefed up IPC Week #2 challenge so I was sore right off the get go, but the Pax of Catapult are ready to rock in roll so I better get my butt in gear!!

Main Event:
The format for the main event was that there were 8 cone stations and Pax where split up into pairs to make Pax A and Pax B.
At each cone station Pax A would do a stationary exercise while Pax B would travel to the fence (roughly 25 yards away) and back doing the exercise listed for Pax B on the cone station card.
*The one optional modification was that since Pax B was on the move, if they chose to they could run a lap instead of do the Pax B exercise listed on the cards.
When all 8 Cones were completed in ascending fashion (cones 1-8), Pax A would then become Pax B, and Pax B would become Pax A, and then descend back down the cones from cones 8-1.
