Round 1-Kettle Bell swings with all the KBs.
Round 2-Curls with Dbs, laying chest press with 25, 30 and 40KBs, Deficit deadlift with double 50s and 80, Goblet squat with 70
Round 3-Tricep extensions with Dbs, shoulder press with 25, 30 and 40KBs, Deficit deadlift with double 50s and 80, Goblet squat with 70, battle rope
Round 4- Curls with Dbs, Bent over rows with 25, 30 and 40KBs, Deficit deadlift with double 50s and 80, Romanian Deadlift (RDL) with 70, battle rope
Round 5- Tricep Extensions with Dbs, V-Ups 25, 30 and 40KBs, Glute Bridge with 50 and 80, goblet squat with 70, battle rope
Round 6- Bent Over Rows with Dbs, Split leg Squats with double 25s and 30s, Good Mornings with 40 and 50, goblet squat with 70 and 80, battle rope

Great work by all this morning. Last week was a little lighter on legs and heavy on upper body so this week I switched it around to really target legs and get in some really good heavy lifts with the deficit deadlifts and split leg squats. IF you haven’t checked out a KB workout you are really missing out!
