The Thang:

Since BRR came and went it seems like all the interest in running and hills got left back in Asheville at the finish line. YHC and a couple of the other P200 team members havent given up on running though and have continued to get miles in on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and whenever else we can because why put all that effort in for BRR and make all that progress just to let it all go right? YHC stepped up on the long forgotten Elevation Monday Slack channel and took the Q today knowing there wouldnt be an issue but also to stir up a little interest and possibly some guilt (clearly it didn’t work). With a packed schedule for this Monday I was already unsure about how many would show but at least Elevation Monday was back in action. 1 min warning and Castaway rolls in all smiles and ready to get some miles in. The goals today were 5+ miles, as much elevation as Myrtle allows, and some good mumble chatter. After making it back to the Hulk parking lot we had just hit 5.39 miles and feeling like we had another 5.39 miles in us but it was time. Hope to see some more or next week!
