5:14 One Minute Warning called
We had a couple of FNGs roll out of their clowncar right about workout time, so YHC decided to wait on them. One makes his way quickly over while the other stepped to the corner of the building we thought to relieve himself. Nope, after waiting longer than we should have for him to hear the disclaimer, we realized he was just eating crackers! He made it about 25 yards and just decided to wait in the clowncar the rest of the morning.
Quick Mosey around the building and then we’re back for the COP.

The Thang
Mosey across the street so we can utilize some incline terrain. Partner up for Dora work – 100 merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 squats. Partner 1 runs uphill backwards and downhill forwards. Nice work men! This time gave me a great oportunity to share the 5 Core components of F3.
Find a very nice piece of incline real estate and then perform clock merkins. Rotate to the hour called and perform corresponding number of merkins. Around the clock about 3 times.
Mosey back to parking lot and find 4 cones – Excalator 4 corners.
