YHC arrived at Warthog at 0425 to stretch for a pre-run announced by Disconnect on Twitter the night before. Shortly thereafter he and Headgear arrived, and after a little stretching we went for a leisurely stroll through the AO. Upon arriving back the men were pouring in, no doubt in excitement to celebrate my high school memories with me.
I grabbed the Q to celebrate my upcoming 25th High School Reunion and all sets were reps of 25. I married my high school sweetheart so the reunions are always good for both of us to connect with classmates who knew us both well.

Mosey to Mt. Myrtle. Complete the below exercise then Bear crawl to top of the hill do ONE burpee, mosey to the other side of the hill and, plank on the six.

Then we moseyed over to picnic tables. Little did YHC realize that a couple was already working out in the gloom when I turned on the lights! Little did YHC realize that the young lady was formerly the M of one of F3 Grand Strand’s finest, Jingles (RESPECT). Didn’t seem to bother either party so we continued our work.

Burpee Sprints
We moseyed over to the field for the next stage. Complete 5 Burpees, then Sprint to opposite side of field and Plank on the six. Continue to 25 total burpees. This was a real crowd pleaser! Mumblechatter was present.

We passed around the Q for 25 reps of whatever core workout each PAX selected, until Bling called time. He was grumpy without OneCall today.

Announcements: Bling has a secret undercover announcement that he wasn’t ready to share, even with Geno’s strong prompting. Snips asked for prayer for his friend Kevin’s family and YHC shared of 3 tough situations my friends are currently going through. We are called to leadership for such times as these and need to fill the gap for those that are in need if we are prompted.
