Announcements – Horry County Adventure Race.  GrowRuck Event

Prayers from T&C for Christ United Methodist Church. Prayers for traveling Pax including Bling.  Prayers to HG’s high school friend Pete being buried today and prayers for Pete’s son Dorian.

It was a light crowd today.  Some PAX Traveling, some sick, some getting called into work early, some avoiding the IPC and some just MIA.  Glad T&C liked the playlist!  Been working on that one and adding anytime YHC hears something good. It is T&C’s first week back from Kottersville so great to see him getting after it and holding his own!  Varsity and Bubbles always push and Bubbles has an ability to move fast with coupons…he should probably try rucking.  YHC is spent after the last 4 weeks.  IPC was a great challenge that showed us some new ideas and reminded us that we CAN ALWAYS Push harder.  If we truly push ourselves, every workout can be a great beatdown and we will all be better for it!  Great job to the HIM of Warthog for the last 4 weeks of IPC! Time to fill the Q sheet for October!
