YHC moved up his Q from this Thursday to today to help out Kiwi with some unexpected work travel. The Ole Fartsack needed an excuse to be more accountable, and what better way than to step up to cover a Q. There were some pre-mediated, planned fartsacks already on the docket between Crabs and Hedgehog, and an unexpected last minute fartsack by First Base due to car battery issues. Sideout and Flatliner were already warming up in the parking lot when I arrived.

I had planned a playlist of Praise & Worship (Jesus Jams) to get our minds right first thing in the gloom and started the tunes before the COP 1 minute warning.

F3 mission was stated and disclaimer was given.

The Thang

Moseyed around entire AO to coupon pile. Advised PAX to pick their block poison of choice. We did the following set of exercises back at the COP at their own pace:

30 Curls

50 LBCs w/ block

20 Merkins on block

40 Squats w/ block

100 SSHs and then mosey around entire AOQ. If completed circuit before other PAX, continue SSHs. During the 1st circuit, there was some good mumblechatter by YHC about the importance of remembering Good is God in our daily lives and we couldn’t even get out the fartsack without his blessings of physical health.

30 Overhead Press

50  2ct FKs w/ block

20 Lunges w/ block

40 Tri-Exts

Bear Crawl across parking spots. Run/Mosey around entire AOQ. If completed before other PAX, SSHs until all completed circuit.

Round 2- Rinse and repeat list, but working from bottom up without the mosey

Announcements- May 28th- F3 Top Gun movie viewing @11am in Market Commons; Discussed June Q sheet; EHing and stepping up to Q- Sideout is interested in a VQ & Flatliner needs a bit more encouragement.

YHC prayed us out- focused on God is in control and we are just in the middle of his journey; specials prayers for Diane (HH’s MIL), continued prayers for FB and his family; Sideout’s father’s significant other going through some health challenges.
