The Thang:

Castaway and I showed up early to get a little pre-ruck in.  Did 2.5 miles to the top of the bridge and back at 15/mi pace.  As we arrived back the black trucks started rolling in.  Leprechaun got out and introduced himself (Columbia, SC).

The Thang:

Mosey to the stop sign and back (made the mistake of trying to keep up with a very motivated Hot Tub)

Ladders with a partner counting and watching form.  Once you and your partner had completed the ladder you both rotated to the next movement.

Pull Ups (2, 3, 4, 5)

Big Boys (15, 20, 25)

Squats (20, 25, 30)

Mosey to the stop sign and back.

Repeat with different movements:

Pull Ups (2, 3, 4, 5)

Flutter Kicks (25, 30, 35)

Burpees (4, 8, 12)

Finished up at 5:59.
