Man, I feel terrible. Today was Snips’ birthday!!! No cake. No cupcakes. Nothing. I blame Disconnect. He said there was an open spot on Q sheet and asked me to take it..so I did. Terrible to steal Snips’ bday Q – and the RESPECT one at that. #BlameSoto (sounds better than #BlameDisconnect)

Wow…we were all feeling this..we never do enough pullups and with no rest at all with the holds, this was tough. Strong work…

There are 2 swings. 2 men would do whatever they are called – Plank position; feet on swing; merkin; knees to chest and back out. That’s 1. Up to 10. All the rest of PAX did Sumo Jungle Boi Squat Jumps AMRAP. When guy done on swing, someone else jump in. Everyone did 10 reps of those. On the AMRAP jumps – not sure….I stopped counting at 20 cause I was tired, and did a few more
