Memorial Day Redux

AO: The Village

YHC picked up the Q just last night. After jummping in on the Q, someone suggested (joked) that we should do The Murph again! Sure why not! YHC arrived early at the Village in order to get his mind right for a back to back Murph Beatdown. Unfortunately the Gates to the Village were locked!! So I drove around the block a couple of times as if I was waiting to pick up visiting family from the airport. At around 5:25 I came along side Kitten running in from the Hulk (#T-claps). I drafted him right up the the gate expecting an easy entry. 2 Other HIM were also waiting at the gate. Kitten punching in the Pass Code but nothing happened. Another PAX pulled into formation. Kitten turned west an ran to the next gate and Presto! the gate opened and we were in! We all entered the bus parking lot, planted the Shovel Flag and Circled up. 30 Seconds to Go Time! . . .Rubber completed the PAX.

This was a modified Murph inwhich we did 8 rounds as follows: 13 Burpees . . . 25 Merkins . . . 37 Squats . . . 1 lap around perimeter of AO (.25 miles)

NOTE: T-Claps to Beef Steak & Cheese Steak for joining me for back-to-back Murphs; Kitten is a beast – he ran in from the HULK (1.7 miles) and was the 1st to finish the Murph, too!; All pushed hard today! All got Better! Great work by everyone!
