The Thang:
Moseyed to coupon pile and set up blocks for future use.
Moseyed to the cross: 50 Rocky balboas, 20 Decline Mercans
Moseyed to Start of sidewalk near baseball fields – Starting Line of F3 “Merican Ninja Warrior Course”
Moseyed to bleachers: 25 step ups, 25 dips
Moseyed to back of baseball fields near batting cages. Up and over the fence on each section all the way to other side.
Bear Crawls across parking lot to football field.
Jail Break Run entire length of football field. (This sounded good on paper, but sucked in reality!!!)
Blocks were set up near end of football field – 25 curls, 25 – block squats, 25 – over head presses, 25 – bent over rows.
Moseyed to back to the cross: 50 Rocky balboas, 20 Decline Mercans
Rinse & Repeat 2 times
Circle up in big parking lot for round robin: Each PAX did lunges or squats, while 1 PAX did 5 Burpee and alternated all the way around the circle. Moseyed back to COP.
