AO Sharknado

Conditions High 50’s and perfect 

Sharknado one of the newest AO’s to surface in the Grandstrand in the past year. Kiwi leading the charge and felt the need to really start supporting him. He was very supportive of me and the guys at Catapult. I wish more guys would step up and support him. But none the less I’m trying to do my part. Definitely recycled some things but when you go to an AO out of your normal path it’s easy to do so.

One Minute Warning as I pull up to the parking lot. 


15 Each IC, Harry Rocketts, Tempo Squats, Imperial Walkers, LBACF,R, Big Arm Circles forward/reverse SSH

  1. Mosey forward, Mosey Backward 35’ for 1.5 min with 30 Second break
  1. Mosey forward and back add Merkin for 1.5 min 30 Second Break 
  1. Mosey Forward Mosey back add a Squat for 1.5 min.
  1. Agility ladder, plank walk; Merkin hop, Hand in/out crab walk through ladder
  1. 10 Rounds, Flop Special, 20 seconds on 10 seconds off. Theses were a leg/thigh burner. My quads are still feeling these. 
  1. Set of suicide 10’s with Dry Docks and 2ct flutters. 10 parking lot lines, 5/5 of each exercise at each line. Going 10,9,8,7 etc… all while always going back to one
  1. Seven of Diamonds with American Hammers, Each Pax took a turn counting.
