Numbers a little down. I guess the old Fart Sack was feeling good. FYI: Just learned what Fart sack meant this morning. LOL

The Thang:

Conditions: Beautiful morning! 60 degrees, low humidity, time to sweat.

Excitement of the 2nd Time Q. Focused on memorizing the F3 Mission and I nailed it. Forgot to review the warm-up wording and cadence. Best way is to learn by doing. I will work on proper wording, etc.

20 Harry Rockets

20 Side straddle hops

20 Imperial Walkers

20 Hillbillies

15 Tempo Squats

Little Baby Arm circles 

Through the tunnel

Mousy Large Lap

Stopped in parking lot for lunges

Bleachers for Step Ups

Back corner for 15 Dry Dock Merkins OYO

  1. 20 Merkins (Your way)
  2. 25 Squats
  3. 20 Big Boy Sit Ups
  4. 20 Bobby Hurleys
  5. 30 Tricep Dips

Each round ended with a jog around the pond. Some modified doing a sprint to the end of the parking lot and walking back. RINSE AND REPEAT: 25 minutes. Really got the heart rate up and good sweat.

Just enough time left to circle up Count a Rama (21) and Name a Rama.

Q Prayed us out: Much appreciation for the Lord providing us the physical strength to complete these workouts. Blessing for Crabbs family for upcoming birth and adoption of new baby girl addition to the family. 

Good feeling to get my2nd Q in the book. Appreciate all the support from my F3 Brothers. Much still to learn.
