Curls – 15x / Tricep Extensions – 15x / Forearm Raises – 15x / Lawn Mower Raises – 15x each arm
Rifle Carry w/ Block Overhead down the Beach to a marked spot and return; rinse and repeat Round 1 w/ a Farmer Carry down the Beach and back.
Clean-N-Press – 15x / OH Press – 15x / Thrusters – 15x / Block Swing – 15x
Rifle Carry w/ Block Overhead down the Beach to a marked spot and return; rinse and repeat Round 2 w/ a Farmer Carry down the Beach and back.
