The Thang:

Conditions: Mid 30s

One minute warning and disclaimer provided

Warm up: SSH, imperial walkers, little baby arm circles, reverse, overhead press, over head claps and tempo squats.

Mosey to the parking deck.

Workout: Dora style partner work with one partner running to the opposite end of the parking deck and back while the other performs as many reps as possible of a particular exercise.

Round 1 (each exercise performed 3 times)

wall sits and squat jumpy jacks

Round 2 (each exercise performed twice)

Hand release merkins and plank shoulder taps

Round 3 (each exercise performed twice)

Planks and six inches

At the end of each round, we completed a set of big boy sit ups and burpees as a group.

Mosey back to the starring point.
