Well this Q was supposed to happen a month ago, but I got bumped for #IronPax. No worries though as now I get some points for the #1stFChallenge! Realized it had definitely been a minute since I’ve Q’d down at the Mothership, so you all know how it goes when you go down and Q somewhere you don’t normally post… you have to bring it! I picked up Diddle, a new PAX who just got EH’d by Spork while buying a couch, figured it was a good time to show him a new AO and tell him a little more about F3.
Roll up to the AO after stopping by for a quick detour to drop off a surprise for the PAX and see Headgear, Fergie, and Shoeless waiting by the flag.

Group mosey down Forbus, stop at Farrow Parkway.
20 Merkins IC
Hang a left and mosey to Meyers Intersection
15 Tempo Squats
Mosey down Meyers Ave. to the Overflow lot
Overflow Parking Lot:
Line up in two lines starting at the first island in the parking lot. Everybody waiting in line is doing SSH. First man up will burpee broad jump down to the middle island in the parking lot (A little over 100 ft). When the first man gets to his 3rd jump, the next man in line can start and burpee broad jump down to the island. When you get to the island, SSH until the last man finishes.
Same two lines and same basic principle but this time the men in line are doing AMRAP Squats and instead of burpee broad jumps we are bear crawling and doing a merkin at each parking line. Squats at the end until the last man finishes.
Mosey down Meyers and head to Parking Lot C.
Parking Lot C:
Found a nice clear little spot under the lights to knock out a set of 11s.
11’s – BBSU and Squats
Group Mosey down Meyers and head to Parking Lot D/E.
Parking Lot D/E:
Since this wasn’t a Saturday workout, we would have to skip Lot D and head over to Lot E to a nice little square concrete pad that was perfect for the next exercise and my surprise prop for the PAX.
Ring of Fire – Headgear notices a random jump rope and says “oh look, somebody left a jump rope!” Yeah… I wonder who that could’ve been…
Everybody circle up, each PAX would get a chance on the rope to be the counter for the rest of the group who will be holding plank while the counter is going. The counter would do 100 skips and every 10th skip the group will do a merkin. Headgear knocks out 100 with no problem… Diddle… did his best. We switched to 50 skips after that!
At this point we were running out of time so, mosey to the flag
