Workout Date:

O'douls, Hojo, Kiwi, 1st Base, Single Barrel, Pikachu (AOQ)

The Thang:

Conditions: 37 degrees

Thanksgiving week, I missed last years week due to vacation but this year Covid has played a role or spoiler of vacations out of town but not the good ole staycation. I knew I wanted to have fun with this workout. Unique exercise names specifically. And I think it was a hit.

One minute warning

Proper disclaimer and a reminder that all these men need to listen to their bodies. Something hurts, stop doing it!

15 Harry Rockets IC, 15 Tempo Squats IC, 15 IW IC, 15 LBAC F,R, OHC, Seal Claps IC, 15 HB IC 15 SSH IC

Let’s mosey to get a block of each mans choice: and off to the cross. Modify as needed to keep coming and making brothers accountable. Just because a man doesn’t use a heavy block doesn’t mean anything to this group. We just want men healthy and coming to workout. My White Board is waiting for us.

Partner up for a non traditional beatdown. No Rep count just max reps per round. True you vs you.

Workout was divided into the following: Appetizer, Entree & Dessert.

Two rounds total

P1 Cranberry Crunch P2 Turkey Trot to a set distance

P1 Sweet Potato Pull (Bent Over Rows) P2 Turkey Trot to a set distance

P1 Wing Workers (Curls) P2 Turkey Trot to a set distance

Four Rounds

P1 Turkey Leg Lunge (Modify as needed), to a set distance. All did the together but OYO

P1 Mashing Potatoes (Mtn Climbers), P2 Turkey Trot to a set distance

Running short on time, need to skip ahead to dessert

Two Rounds

P1 Pecan Pie Push-ups, P2 Turkey Trot to a set distance

P1 Apple Pie Press (Press block laying on back), P2 Turkey Trot to a set distance.

This concludes out thanksgiving day feast!

This leaves us about five minutes to get back to shovel flag.

Circle up and Stretch for one minute OYO

Count-O-Rama 6

Announcements: Turkey Trot and Catapult/Village Mini convergence Thursday. Freed to bleed Dec. 30.

Doug and Jack unspoken

This workout was made for each man to push themselves to their limits. Whatever that looks like. Sometimes we men need to be reminded by ourselves (listening to our bodies) that scaling back is the right option. If you can only do 10 Merkins, great do 10. Keep coming out, keep posting, keep being part of the F3 brother hood and don’t allow anyone to shame you for pushing yourself however that push looks. Men did great today and fun was had with the exercise names.

Honor to lead, thanks men!
