Castaway was on the Q sheet but he informed YHC the day before that he needed to do a switch-a-roo and change to next week and asked if I could step in and take the Q. I looked deep inside and being the hero I am decided to take that challenge and accept. I knew we would have at least 55-60 hardcore warthog PAX waiting for a killer beat down so I did not want to let them down. So not wanting to disappoint I started working on my Weinke and decided to come up with the perfect workout. I got up early at 2 am just to make sure I got to Warthog early so I would be able greet all the PAX as they rolled in. I planted the flag at 3:30 and paced the parking lot worried that we would not have enough parking spaces and hoped that people had the forethought to clown car. Much to my relief parking was not going to be an issue as Bubbles was the only one who showed up. So me and Bubbles stared at each other silently until 5:15 then got the party started.
COP
30 SSH
20 Imperial Walkers
15 Thru the tunnel
20 Hillbillies
15 Windmills
Mosey to the top of the parking deck.
The Thang
After our Mosey I counted the lines at the top level of the parking lot and it was exactly 25. I originally planned to only do 20 lines but since it was just the two of us and we are both serious bad-asses I decided to push it to the limits. So at each line we did the following:
5 x Burbees, 5 x merkins, 5 x big boys, 5 squats
Rinse and repeat every line. By the time we finished we had done 125 reps of each exercise. Simple and sweet. We moseyed back to the flag and had about 5 minutes to do some Mary
5 Min Mary
20 x Flutter Kicks
10 Big Boys
20 x Hells to Heaven
10 Big Boys
20 Box Cutter
10 Big Boys
Time!
Great work by Bubbles and myself. Seriously, we were awesome. Bubbles is still feeling the after effects of COVID and outside of making some sound effects between rounds 20-25 you would never know.
