The Thang:

a. Conditions- muggy but dry

b. With the injuries mounting at Timeshare it was nice to have 5 PAX make it out this mornin

c. The Thang –

warmup – SSH, imperial walkers, LB arm circle front/back, Cherry pickers, Through the tunnel, Good Mornings

Get’n It – We broke out the coupon blocks(thanks Cubby) and started off with a little gorilla complex set of 8 then started the mosey around the block

corner 1 – squats, corner 2 – merkins, corner 3 – big boys back to parking lot

10 block burpees the mosey the block

corner 1 – wide squats, corner 2 – wide merkins, – corner 3 – heels to heaven

20 kettle bell(coupon) swing

corner 1 – lunges, corner 2 – staggard merkins, corner 3 – alternating toe touch

20 curls

corner 1 – narrow squat, corner 2 – diamond merkins, corner 3 – lbc’s

back to parking lot. for the last few minutes we ran 40 yard sprints forward and backwards across the parking lot. really got the blood pumpin

d. I led the BOM – the Lord moved a few prayer requests into the praise item column this week

Hallpass had a few words of wisdom for. Never forget the WOW factor with your kids. children experience so many new things with the WOW reaction and in out hurried lives we miss out on those opportunities to build memories and relationships with our kids/grandkids. Dont miss out on the WOW
