Next mosey down to the ally on Main St to enjoy the last workout under the Christmas lights for the year.  Grab some wall in a seated position.

In position, pass rucksack back and forth and hold position for 1 min.  Rinse and repeat after 10 count and then add in a “Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes” cadence.

Mosey back to shovel flag while rotating the pack.  Jailbreak last 100 yards!

Arriving back we find Goldberg in his vehicle waiting on us to get home!  We ended with HC of 7.5 men!

Prayer concerns: Straplock, Digits Family, our military, and other brothers in F3 mentioned by our guests from their region.

Hebrews 6:8 So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. 19This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary.

As we start to plan for 2019, what are your hopes? What about you are you aiming to improve or change? The hope for all us in F3 is better physical shape, but inevitably, we are faced with the challenges of life. Therefore, we need to have our main ANCHOR of FAITH in place first and build our lives from that foundation!  The bigger the boat the bigger the anchor!  Because your family depends on you, make plans this year to become more consistent with your physical condition and diet.  Make time to read and pray.  And lastly, find a brother or two to sharpen blades with!

As always it was an honor and pleasure to serve,
