Line up on the goal line and do each exercise to the 25 yard line and back, 50yds total.

The Thang:

A simple partner workout-Chipper-Form over speed

Terminators are Blockie, overhead press, squat, tricep extension, bus drivers= 1 repetition

Partner holds Al Gore while they watch and count reps for their partner.

Reps per round 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 of Terminators run one lap around the field with partner and block.

The many pax and few blocks led this to be a partner workout and probably slowed the reps but held everyone accountable.

So, I hope all PAX got something from the workout. I think all had some form of fun and fitness. At the request of Tiny Dancer, I will post the name-o-rama video, he is really interested for some reason. No need for tunes, the mumble chatter was constant and entertaining. Thank-you for all 13 Pax for showing up in the gloom and their willingness to get better.

Our F.N.G. got a good taste of F3 and earned the name Bernie. Hopefully, he will return soon.
