YHC got nuthin’ but green lights and arrived at The Oyster nice and early at 0520. An unfamiliar PAX ran in a few minutes later. It was Software from the second-best Region in the Nation, F3Cleveland! Droves of PAX rolled in over the next few minutes and at 0529 YHC gave the one-minute warning. But wait, where’s the Shovel Flag? Manziel came in hot with it and at 0530 the proper disclaimer was given, the 2 FNG’s were welcomed, and off we went. Well, almost, Skipper from Metro asked who I was. Evidently, Brown Bag forgot to introduce himself. Introductions were made and we rolled with…

YHC asked if everyone was familiar with the Exicon. Most weren’t so obviously they never heard of Slaughter Starters. The definition according to the Exicon is 20 burpees OYO in the AO parking lot before any other exercises or running is completed. We got right after it!

Partner up. Pax 1 does exercise while Pax 2 runs to the other end of the 3rd parking lot. Swap out and continue the exercise until each amount of reps are complete. The exercises and reps are: 50- Burpees / 100- Overhead Claps / 150- Merkins / 200- Big Boy Sit-ups / 250- Squats.

We ran out of time before everyone finished. YHC called everyone to circle up and we did:
