The original title of this BB was actually 10+1=11; 9+2=11; 8+3=11  and on and on because some of my awesome #Warthog Brothers had some trouble counting!  But I read BG’s weak BB and so had to change the name so it was perfectly accurate!

11’s were explained.  Then explained again.  And again.  I thought by this time everyone would get it.  O well.  Also, on the 6 – if you wanna do 5 burpees at the start and then pick up the 6 some and do 5 more burpees, have fun.  #CardioBeasts  Other men, plank or pick up the 6

Also, and the title of the BB is made in jest – BG’s workout was nuts.  But, I quote his words on form here (now you can read both BB’s) and I gave a nearly identical speech although much more eloquently of course #LawyerTalk at #Warthog.  In fact, to further enforce the need for good form, I gave each PAX member the authority to dole out 5 burpees to any other PAX at any time they saw poor form!  For some strange reason nobody doled em out. These guys are too kind!!  Nah – everyone really concentrated on form.  Thus, everyone got incredibly better!!!

Run to top.  1 Jump Squat – palms touch ground, not fingertips, not your gloves that you loosened so your fingers are even longer, PALMS!  And jump UP, not just on your tippy toes, or doing a part of #WhittleFlops, with arms overhead
Run down, Leg Levers on other side. 10.  10+1=11
Run back up.  Jump Squat – EVERY time at top – a jump squat
Back to start, diamond merkins – 2.  Then up and squat and over and down and leg levers – 9.  9+2=11
Keep it up.  Or at least try to count right!?!!?

Seriously tho – everyone PUSHED HARD.  The hill throws a nice element into things and knowing other PAX were watching ready to dole out burpees had everyone (??) in tip top form.  Great job by Flash and Bubbles finishing up and picking up the 6.

As we recovered – we used the plank.  Saturday, Bling was calling out planks and form was AWFUL.  And guys (mostly Bluegrass) were complaining like crazy about a measly 30 second plank.  So YHC called out a 90 second plank.  Everyone watch everyone else.  Engage the core, glutes, shoulders, etc.  If you break form, touch a knee, butt gets too high….do 5 burpees!!!  To be doled out by the PAX.  Gotta say, STRONG form here by everyone.  A little mental push!!

Because the hill is just awful, YHC called an audible to the #weinke and did another set of 11’s – or whatever attempt at counting was going on.

2 count mountain climbers on the starting side
1 FULL merkin at the top each time

Again, burpee penalty in effect.  None needed.  Guys did awesome!!!

– Geno – always looks good.  And I’m not talking about his form, although it was slightly better today!  Always a strong word of encouragement for the men too!
– Mr. Bojangles pushed hard through every rep and finished strong.  Great job and very glad you are back with us on the regular!
– Franklin and Stewy are just consistently strong.  Very quiet, but they work and push hard and make everyone better when they are there!
