My Q’s don’t often have partners and have never had music, so I changed both today. We partnered up to so a quick-succession, no-rest AMRAP for 30 minutes. The playlist consisted of Zeppelin, Sabbath, Pearl Jam, Metallica, AC/DC, STP. Partner one did a block or core exercise, while partner 2 either alternated moseys or block carries, then they switched. The design was to do a 2-block carry during P1’s core exercise, but almost everyone opted for rifle carries (which are harder IMO, but You do You). By the time bus drivers came around, I suspect those who opted to rifle carry had their shoulders smoking.

This went faster than I thought it would, so the audible was to repeat Curls, OH Press, 2 Block Merkin, Macarena while partner did a ball field lap.

Back at the Circle, only time for 1 core exercise: 15 partner leg throws. We had even numbers to start the workout so I had leg throws ingrained in my head; I forgot Skimmer came in 5 mins late so he did BBSU all by his lonesome, despite my offer to throw his legs.

Prayers: tomorrow is good Friday and JJ called out that our focus should be on the sacrifice made for us. Some unspoken prayers as well. Announcements: Blood drive, fundraisers, etc. See Slack. It’s easy to fartsack over spring break, so shout out to the 6 Pax who got up and got better.
