COLA Manning launch coming on 9-23-2017, Hoedown and Bluegrass on Q. It would be nice to take a large PAX to the workout. 2.0 workout at Carolina Forrest this evening at 6:15pm. Warthog 2.0 workout time/date is open for discussion as the last two showings have results with no attendees.

Stay motivated and always be in the mindset that today is the day, because tomorrow is never guaranteed. There is always an excuse not to do something, be diligent at putting those excuses to bed.
As usual a great turn out at Riviera. Hoedown was feeling especially good this morning and insisted that we put in extra work with his “Thank you, sir may I have another” comments. This workout consist of a lot of running so the PAX begin to stretch out a little bit so that is something that will have to be fixed before the next round. Hopefully each PAX increased their level of endurance during this workout and got better all the way around.
