The Thang:

So a while back a DR pax brought a typical 4 corner workout with a twist which involves pax starting a corner 1 but as pax make their way around to corner 4 they have to head back to corner 1 after completing each corner and do each exercise as they pass by. They called it the hooker because apparently hookers venture out (corners 2,3,4) but always head home (corner 1) so I figured we bring that back up since alot of pax like to do 4 corner beatdowns.

COP: Typical CC fashion no exercises were done but used the pax (free labor) to help set up. Pull-ups bars we brought to corner one and blocks were carried to corner 4 while rep counts and exercises were explained.

Corner 1: 10 Pull-Ups

Corner 2: 20 BBSUs

Corner 3: 30 Burpees (Crowd pleaser)

Corner 4: 40 Windshield Wipers over block

Bonus Exercise: 10 Peter Parker Merkins at the 50 YD Line

After pax made it to corner 4 and back we had a few minutes to spare so YHC added a bonus round back to corner 4 but modified to 10 Big Boy Burpees (if you dont know then venture out to The Plank and I will demonstrate) and then blocks/bars returned.
