Its been a minute since YHC has had the pleasure of Qing at The Plank so I wanted to make this beatdown extra special, one to remember. As I arrived there were multiple cars in the lot. 2 Pax (CrossStitch & Flop)were rucking to the beach and 3 Pax (Hamburglar, Mrs. Doubtfire, and Pierogi) congregated at the front gate of the stadium. Pierogi was DR from F3Raleigh. After introductions & some mild mumble chatter, YHC did not want to disappoint our guest, so we circled up & got after it!

Burpees with a Side of Sprints

5 Burpees

3-2-1 Sprint 70% to 50 yardline

10 Burpees

3-2-1 Sprint 75% to North End Zone

15 Burpees

Mosey to the west corner of the North End Zone

15 Burpees

3-2-1 Sprint 80% to 50 yardline

10 Burpees

3-2-1 Sprint  85% to South End Zone

5 Burpees

Mosey to the west corner of the South End Zone

Follow the leader to the Bleachers

2 Climbs up & down the Bleachers hitting every step (YHC)

2 Climbs up the Bleachers hitting every other step & single step down (Hamburglar)

1 Bear Crawl up the Bleachers –  reverse single step down (Pierogi)

Mosey back to the field

Circle up 15 Squats (Mrs. Doubtfire)

Flop & CrossStitch re-entered the stadium, dropped their rucks & joined in the fun!

Pain’t the Lines

Different exercise for each line across the field starting on the 20 yard line and finishing at the far goal line (we did every other line)(each line = 53 1/3 yards)

Line #1 – Mosey

Line #2 – Back Pedal

Line #3 – Karaoke left leg 1st

Line #4 – Karaoke right leg 1st

Line #5 – Bear Crawl

Line #6 – Bear Crawl

Line #7 – High Knee Skip

Line #8 – Toy Soldier

Line # 9 – Toy Soldier with a Skip

(Total Line yards = 486)

Line up on the Goal Line of the South End Zone (8 minutes remaining)

Suicide Squad

Suicides every 10 yards for the full length of the Football Field + 1 additional 100 yard sprint to finish strong!  (Total Suicide Yards = 1,200)

NMMS: For some the longest yard is the 1st one, for others the longest yard is the last one, and for others the longest yard is always the next one. Every day we are all in one of these groups.
