Conditions – 70 and comfy. My Q this week included Hard Rock. Lat Q was Grunge. I’m trying to bring different tunes each Q. Thanks Weasel for Jammin Blue Tooth speaker.

I broke out one of my favorite workouts which works Arms, Core and Legs but doesn’t require a lot of Running. Yahhh!

Round 1 10 Merkin, 10 Hand release Mekins, 10 CDD’s, 10 Plank Jacks (5 Burpees in center where jamming speaker is located between each corner.)

Round 2 10 BB sit ups, 10 4cnt Flutter kicks,10 4cnt Hello Dolly’s, 10 4cnt Freddie Mercury’s  (10 Heals to Heaven in between.)

Round 3 10 Squats, 10 Prisoner Squats, 10 Somu Squats, 10 Turkish get-ups. (10 Jump Squats in between.)

Let’s Mosey! On to the beach for an Indian or (Native American) run.

We made our way to OD Pavilion. Grab some wall.

25 Step ups, 25 Dips, 25 Incline Merkins all OYO.

Time for a little Dora so let’s go with 50 Merkins, 100 LBC’s, 150 Squats.  One pax runs a designated course around parking lot while pax B does exercise.

Time is short so we made our way back to the AO.

Line up and Toy Soldier to end of lot.  High Knees back.

Weasel read a nice tribute for Jeremy (Hungry Man).  This was a young man who worked out with us on several occasions and Q’d a number of times.  Great young man with a lot of heart and fun to be around.  Unfortunately Jeremy lost his battle with Leukemia at age 22.  Prayers for his wife and family.  He will be greatly missed.

YHC prayed us out.  Always fun to lead these men.
